At Celestial Jewelry, each piece is carefully selected and verified to ensure the highest quality before shipping.

Due to the nature of our products, which include fine jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference, incorrect size, or change of mind.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching clear photographic evidence of the product and its packaging.

Each case will be evaluated individually. In approved situations, a replacement or refund will be offered as appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to process.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been processed or shipped. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by the courier company or for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
